1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for eligible items under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note that custom-made or personalised items, sale items, and underwear are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please ensure the package is securely packed to prevent damage during return transit.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees and import duties (if any) are non-refundable.
If your return does not meet the eligibility requirements, it will not be accepted, and the item may be shipped back to you at your expense.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color:

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item back and receiving the replacement.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
We will prioritize your request and arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before production or shipment begins.
Once processing has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
